As Bachl was able to expand its premises in Deching through an additional property purchase, Prilhofer Consulting was engaged to re-evaluate the site planning with regard to the optimal use of the new space. The products and quantities at Bachl's other sites were also taken into account and a corresponding strategic concept was developed.
As a result, the position and design of a new batching plant with a total of 4 mixers and 4 bucket conveyors was developed. In a first step, the batching plant will primarily produce ready-mixed concrete, replacing the old existing batching plant at the site.
In the subsequent expansion stages, it will be possible to supply 5 new production halls with a total production area of over 13,000 m².
A stockyard concept for the products from the future production halls was also developed as part of this project.
For Bachl, it was important to have a long-term, forward-looking strategic development plan both for the Deching site and across all company locations.
For this reason, the decision was made to engage the planning expertise and longstanding experience of Prilhofer Consulting for this project.

Location analysis for concrete supply, new planning of a batching plant in connection with the master planning of new production halls and storage space following the land acquisition at the Deching site. Tendering of the batching plant and support until acceptance.

Development and tendering of automation solutions for reinforcement production in the existing double-wall plant.
